The following newspaper is a review of an document written by Angela Lumpkin a professor on the University of Kansas and who has a in educating effectiveness. The content " Qualified Teacher: The Key to Pupil Learning” that is to be analyzed is all about the characteristics of any caring educator who can increase and assist in students' learning. Teacher-students relationship is based on your need of caring, so when college students feel that all their teacher areas them and cater to their very own interests and wishes by thinking in them and going an extra stage to make the learning process centered on them; they may excel and their learning will improve.
